CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Pursuant to Listing Rule 2.3, thl advises that the closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at the 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is Tuesday, 23 September 2025.
