Sky ASM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Sky intends to hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 21 November 2025 at 10.30am (NZST). The meeting is intended to be held online and in person at The Maritime Room, Princes Wharf, Auckland.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is 5.00pm on 25 September 2025.
