Director Change

Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) announces that John Beveridge will retire as a director of Steel & Tube, at the end of his current term of office, being the end of the 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.

John has served as an independent director of Steel & Tube since 2019. His experience across the building and manufacturing sectors, as well as distribution, has provided valuable insights.

Chair, Susan Paterson, noted John had been a capable and diligent director and his contributions had helped guide the company through a number of economic cycles in a very competitive industry. ”The board would like to acknowledge and thank John for his contributions over the past six years. He has bought a particular focus to inventory practices and supply chain management as well as a keen eye on health and safety.”
