Notes Shareholder Priority Offer Closes

Investore Property Limited (Investore) today announces that following the closing of its Shareholder Priority Offer for its subordinated convertible notes (Notes) offer, it has allocated $2.5 million of Notes.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Product Disclosure Statement dated 8 September 2025.

Combined with the General Offer issuance of $60 million, this takes the total issue amount of Notes to $62.5 million.

A copy of the Final Terms Sheet for the Notes is attached.
