Subject: Vital Limited (“VTL”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Vital Limited (“VTL”) on Friday, 26 September 2025, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that VTL will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.

The final day of trading in VTL will be Friday, 3 October 2025, with VTL ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, VTL ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and VTL will delist from close of business on Tuesday, 7 October 2025.
