Alvarium buys final 49% stake in Pathfinder
Ben Gough's Alvarium joint venture has taken control of responsible investment specialist Pathfinder.

Alvarium Wealth – the joint venture between rich lister Ben Gough and UK global asset manager LJ Partnership – has taken over Pathfinder Asset Management after buying the remaining 49% of the company it didn't own.Pathfinder co-founders John Berry and Paul Brownsey will respectively become the chief executive and chief investment officers at Alvarium Wealth New Zealand.
