Dozens of properties adjacent to a Christchurch mall have been quietly taken off the market after being listed for sale.Australian-based AMP Capital sold The Palms, a shopping centre in Shirley, for $88.8 million last year to fellow Australian investor, DiMauro Group.The company, through its shopping centre fund, still owns two landholdings near The Palms, a spokesman confirmed, which were not included in the sale to DiMauro.“These parcels of land were acquired for future opportunities,” he said.Earlier this year, 31 properties adja...
