Former Syft Technologies chief executive, Doug Hastie, has launched a scathing attack on the company in a bid to get the chairman sacked, the board removed and have himself reinstated as a director at the company’s annual meeting in Christchurch next month. Details of the brewing stoush between Hastie and the company are revealed in documents posted this week by the “sniffer” tech company on the Unlisted exchange where it trades. Hastie is the second largest shareholder in Syft, with a 12.8% stake, and is also widely...
