Higher gas costs are starting to flow through into household and smaller businesses gas bills with more set to come as carbon prices start to bite.Vector Energy has told customers the cost of a delivered Vector Ongas 45kg LPG cylinder will increase from $115.62 to $125.62, including GST.This reflected “an increase in the cost of LPG, and in particular, a significant increase to the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) costs”.Vector said the cost of an ETS NZ Unit (NZU) which represents a tonne of carbon or its equivalent had i...
