This week’s jobs figures are expected to show a steady unemployment rate, adding to the view the Reserve Bank will leave the official cash rate at 1 percent at the Feb. 12 review.  Economists are expecting an unemployment rate of 4.2 percent, the median in a Bloomberg poll shows.
