Heartland launches 2.75% revolving credit facilities

Heartland has expanded its home loans offering with the launch of a 2.75% revolving credit facility.The group said its rate is 0.7 percentage points lower than the next lowest rate and compares with the average 4.71% rate offered by the major banks.Heartland said it won't charge monthly fees and the credit limit won't reduce.The bank, which didn't start offering mainstream mortgages through its digital channel until last year, already offers floating mortgages at 2.5%, one-year fixed at 1.99%, two-year fixed at 2.35%, and three-year...
