The former Russell McVeagh partner who left the firm following allegations of sexual misconduct toward interns in the summer of 2015-2016 will face a lawyers' tribunal this May.The lawyer has retained a practising certificate enabling him to continue working since Newsroom broke the story in 2018.The NZ Law Society’s National Standards Committee has charged him with eight charges of misconduct or unsatisfactory conduct.
