Former Far North district council mayor Wayne Brown says he was dumped from a panel discussion on the future of Auckland’s port after Auckland mayor Phil Goff vetoed his involvement.Brown, a vocal advocate for relocating Auckland’s port to Northland, said he was uninvited from last night’s NZ Herald debate after Goff told organisers he wouldn’t attend if Brown was included on the panel.
