Accident Compensation Corp is urging Infratil’s board to talk with AustralianSuper saying the $5.37 billion offer “ticks all the boxes”. AustralianSuper has lobbed in a cash and share offer of $7.43 a share to buy local infrastructure investor Infratil, the brainchild of the late Lloyd Morrison.ACC is Infratil’s largest shareholder with a 5.9 percent stake.
