ComCom files first criminal cartel case

The Commerce Commission has filed its first criminal cartel charges against two construction companies and directors, accusing them of rigging publicly funded construction contracts. The antitrust regulator filed the charges in the Auckland district court, but didn’t name the companies or directors, saying it won’t provide further comment.
