Disputes over record keeping continued to dominate the Bank of New Zealand’s bid for summary judgment against ex-pat businessman George Kerr and his associated companies when the parties appeared in the high court on Monday.The BNZ alleges Kerr, along with Lothian Partners Capital (LPC) and Pyne Holdings Limited (PHL) – now in receivership – are liable for more than $60 million under loan facilities and guarantees dating back to 2008 and 2010.Monday’s hearing was the third in the summary judgment application after t...
