An investor action into the collapse of education provider Intueri has returned to the high court at Auckland with lawyers tussling over which documents should be made available.Justice Sally Fitzgerald ruled in April last year a full trial must be held in the case, which pits shareholders against 11 defendants including ASX-listed Arowana, its directors and Intueri directors.  When the education roll-up went public back in 2014, $177 million of shares was sold to about 800 investors.
