A high court judge has thrown out a procedural claim by one party in divorce proceedings and told the former couple to focus on their upcoming trial. Preschool owners Craig and Maria Johnson have been at loggerheads for years in what a high court judge has called a “no-holds barred” dispute. The former couple has four sets of proceedings before the high court at Wellington, due to be heard in November this year.
