The New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants has declined to lift name suppression protecting the identity of an individual at the heart of a case where a practitioner was struck off. Last year, Kelera Nayacakalou was stripped of her insolvency practitioner's licence by the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants’ (NZICA) disciplinary tribunal for misconduct.
