The Climate Change Commission on Thursday said New Zealand’s progress on climate change adaptation isn’t happening at the scale or speed needed, adding that the status quo was not sustainable. Climate Change Minister Simon Watts tabled the Climate Change Commission’s (CCC) first progress report on the national adaptation plan (Nap), released in 2022.
