Two inter-joined cases brought by the late Tony Gibbs’s son have been settled, court documents show.Legal action had been filed by Ant Gibbs in 2021, after Tony’s death in 2020.The corporate heavyweight was survived by his wife Val, son Ant and daughter Charlotte.Ant wanted to remove trustees in a family trust called the Ruby Cove Legacy Trust, and he alleged his father Tony breached his moral duty to him.Assets in the trust were believed to be worth more than $200 million.The trustees of the trust are corporate lawyer Joe Wind...
