Lyttelton Port Company has achieved a record result despite lower container volumes, reporting an underlying net profit of $25.2 million.The 2025 financial year result, which was disclosed by the Christchurch City Council-owned port company on Thursday, was up 62.8% on the previous year.Revenue was up 6.8% to $207m, also a record result, with earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (ebitda) up 21.1% to $63.4m.Lyttelton Port Company (LPC) chair Barry Bragg welcomed the improvement.“LPC will continue to focus on de...
