Being AI has disestablished the roles of two of its executives as the company heads towards a possible delisting.The company announced to the New Zealand Exchange (NZX) on Thursday morning the departure of chief marketing officer Paul Shale and human resources vice president Jane Indries.Being AI has been in a trading halt since Feb 2 after its two independent directors stepped down with no replacements planned.If no new independent directors can be found, the company will ultimately be forced to delist from the NZX.Delisting ahead?Being AI chi...
