CentrePort posts increased profits in 2023

Wellington’s CentrePort has reported a net profit after tax of $11.9 million for the June 2023 year, a 48% increase on last year’s $8m result. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (ebitda) was $23.2m, just short of the target $23.5m figure. Ebitda for 2022 was $18.3m. Revenue from continuing operations, including rental income, was $98.6m compared with $84.2m in 2022.
