Cyber attackers purporting to be responsible for the NZX outages are threatening other New Zealand organisations who would not be able to cope, an information technology expert says. Paul Matthews, chief executive of IT Professionals New Zealand, said there has been a significant upswing in distributed denial of service attack threats since the weekend.
