Genesis Energy has entered into a period of exclusivity with ChargeNet, a privately owned nationwide network of charging points for electric vehicles. During this period, the companies expect to conclude terms for a strategic partnership, including an equity interest in ChargeNet.In April, the Australian Financial Review reported that ChargeNet had retained PwC to manage a $30m equity raise, but no further details were provided. ChargeNet has more than 400 fast charging points across New Zealand.
