Meal-kit company My Food Bag is set to go public, offering New Zealanders the chance to invest in a growing sector, but it could face challenges scaling-up the business.A new report by Grand View Research estimates the meal kit delivery service market could reach nearly USD$20 billion globally by 2027, growing at a compound annual rate of almost 13 percent.The market is expected to expand as millennials increasingly seek healthier home-cooked convenience food and covid lockdowns giving the accelerating industry sudden traction, the report said....
