The New Zealand dollar remained range-bound, failing to break through resistance levels despite much better-than-expected September quarter retail sales data.The kiwi was trading at 64.21 US cents at 5pm in Wellington from 64.02 cents at 8pm and 64.19 cents at 5pm yesterday.
