Plexure share dilution in $15m raise to buy Task

Plexure has launched a $15.6m capital raise to partially fund a merger deal which will more than double the number of its shares on issue.The mobile marketing firm’s key customer and shareholder, McDonald’s will buy 9.9% of the overall placement to match its current stake.Plexure Chair Phil Norman has also committed to participating in the capital raise.Australian brokers Bell Potter Securities Limited and Ord Minnett are managing the raise which will be done as a bookbuild at a fixed price of 50 Australian cents, or 52 cents NZ.Thi...
