The prospect of China dropping its zero-covid policy, plus solid job data out of the United States helped push the New Zealand stock exchange (NZX) into positive territory to start the week.The S&P/NZX 50 index increased 59.58 points, or 0.53%, to 11,290.340.   Across the main board, 70 shares rose and 60 fell.
