Rakon flags mystery $400m bidder's concerns

Tech company Rakon is warning that “complexities” have been raised by the potential buyer of the business. In December, the New Zealand Exchange-listed (NZX) semiconductor manufacturer said it had received a non-binding conditional offer from an unnamed party valuing the firm at about $400 million.
