Spark is cutting its upper management headcount by five as part of its ongoing restructuring efforts.BusinessDesk has reviewed documents from an internal presentation given to staff on Jan 30, 2025.They outline plans to rescope the wider leadership group: the 56 managers who report to the senior executives.The documents state that 30 roles will be affected by the change, and 25 new "portfolio leadership" positions will be established, resulting in a net reduction of five roles.Of the new roles, 14 will be materially similar and so wil...
