Capgemini will buy 100% of ASX-listed IT company Empired, with New Zealand-based software company Intergen also part of the deal. Empired acquired Intergen in 2014 for A$17.4 million in cash and shares.The Empired board said it unanimously recommended shareholders vote in favour of the proposed scheme implementation agreement for the sale, which values Empired shares at a cash price of A$1.35 apiece.This gives Empired a A$233m valuation.
