Morrison & Co vies with Vocus for Uniti

New Zealand-based infrastructure investor Morrison & Co is mounting another raid across the Tasman with a A$3.1 billion (NZ$3.3b) bid for ASX-listed telecommunications firm Uniti Group, although it may have to fight off rivals keen on the growth sector.
