Reverse listing shell Snakk gets new name

Reverse listing specialist Sean Joyce has ditched the Snakk Media moniker for Goodwood Capital as he tries to find a new business for the listed shell.The failed mobile advertising firm changed its name to Goodwood on Oct. 20, which will take effect from Nov. 4 on the NZX, Joyce said in a statement.The company was put into liquidation last year after being suspended from trading in late 2018.
