Sky CFO switches to consultant role

Blair Woodbury, Sky Network Television’s chief financial officer, is set to become a consulting advisor to chief executive Martin Stewart on September 18 after the listed pay TV company’s results are posted.In a statement to the NZX it said a new advisory role would free Woodbury up from doing the books to “draw on his strategic skills to assist Sky to deliver on its ambitious growth agenda.”Woodbury has been with Sky since 2019, and had been a key player in Sky’s $157 million May capital raise and renegotiating it...
