Sporting goods help Briscoe sales bounce back

Briscoe Group reported lifted second quarter sales by almost 30 percent year-on-year, with sporting goods recording growth of more than 33 percent for the period ended July 26.The NZX-listed retailer, operator of the Briscoes and Rebel Sports chains, posted sales of $195.4 million compared with $152.3 million for the same period in 2019.
