By Paul McBeth Nov. 16 (BusinessDesk) - New Zealand consumer confidence fell to a seven-month low in November as households grew less optimistic about the economy's fortunes.  The ANZ Roy Morgan consumer confidence index declined to 123.7 this month from 126.3 in October, falling for a second month while remaining at historically elevated levels.
