New Zealand cybersecurity firm Bastion Security Group is expanding into Australia by acquiring Melbourne company Cythera for an undisclosed sum.Together, the companies will provide cybersecurity services across governance, risk and compliance, penetration testing, cloud and network security, cyber strategy advisory services, threat intelligence and managed security services.Bastion chief executive Eugene Gibney described the acquisition as a “coup for Bastion”.“Welcoming Cythera’s talented team to the Bastion family...
