Prime minister Christopher Luxon's trip to Singapore has borne early fruit as New Zealand Customs confirmed it signed a deal to reduce red tape with the Southeast Asian trade hub.The “arrangement on facilitating safe and efficient trade” was signed by Customs chief executive Christine Stevenson on April 12, two days before Luxon arrived.The deal sets out to “strengthen practical cooperation on trade and the use of emerging technology”, Customs said Tuesday.“This includes exploring the use of TradeTrust, a trade...
