I hope the insider trading litigation involving Pushpay is evidence the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has finally grown a pair.The regulator's announcement it has laid criminal charges and filed a civil proceeding in relation to share trading in the church donations firm will have caught investors’ attention irrespective of whether they hold shares.I’m not sure how or why, but insider trading is just so much more intriguing than market manipulation or misleading advertising cases.The FMA has recently received a massive boost...
