Air travel is in recovery mode around the world, with domestic activity leading the resurgence. The major players in Australia, Qantas/Jetstar and Virgin, have reported strong domestic demand, although pricing has been affected by competition. Particularly on routes where Rex, a regional carrier that has expanded its network, has put on capacity.In New Zealand, our national airline has reported strong domestic demand.
