Medicinal cannabis start-up Phytotecnia received a cannabis cultivation commercial licence in its Christmas stocking and has more than 1,000 plants in cultivation at its Te Horo site on the Kāpiti Coast.That's right on schedule, according to the firm's information memorandum, published as part of its Pledgeme equity raising.
