London calling for the NZ Superannuation Fund

The New Zealand Superannuation Fund should consider opening an international office, potentially in London, to improve its access to private market investment opportunities, according to a five-yearly independent review.Conducted by WTW, a global advisory appointed by the Treasury to review the operations of the $77 billion fund that helps pay for future state pensions, the report also suggests working from home risks damaging the fund’s high-performance culture.It also recommends that the fund pay closer attention to “fully joined-...
