NZ, except Auckland, to move to level 2

All of New Zealand outside Auckland will move down to level 2 lockdown restrictions on Tuesday at 11:59 pm.Auckland remains at level 4 until at least Sept 13. The alert levels for the entire country will be reviewed on that day.
