Possible breach of code in 2013 New Image takeover

A takeover of New Image Group by New Image Trustee in 2013 may have breached the Takeovers Code.In February 2013, New Image Trustee made a full takeover offer for all of the voting securities in New Image Group. It became the dominant owner in May of that year, and delisted the company from the NZX.It is the parent company of NIG Nutritionals, which sells early stage and adult nutritional products, and New Image International which sells colostrum-based products, nutritional products, skincare products and weight management products.I...
