Allied Farmers seeking incremental growth after 'steady' FY19

By Pattrick Smellie Aug. 28 (BusinessDesk) - Rural services provider Allied Farmers has reported a third year of flat profitability after strengthening its balance sheet with new capital in the year to June 30 and it's signalling it may consider a small public debt issue if investment opportunities emerge. Net profit after tax was $2 million for the last financial year, roughly unchanged from the $2.2 million reported the previous year. The company is not yet declaring a dividend, but appears likely to at its annual meeting in November...
