Chinese-owned BX Foods has settled legal disputes with its former directors, according to the company's delayed financial accounts.The minnow red-meat processor is part of the Binxi Group, founded 20 years ago in the Chinese city of Harbin.The North Otago business, which processes beef and sheep, removed three former executives, Richard Thorp, Arron Hoyle and Gerard Brier, over concerns about their conduct, alleging breaches of their fiduciary duties.It related to BX’s claim that “at least” $11.2 million worth of product i...
