Fonterra’s farmer-owners will get the chance to grill the dairy giant’s leaders this week after it revealed a full sale or an initial public offering is on the table for its consumer business.Having announced in May it was looking at options, the co-op confirmed on Monday it would press ahead with a sale of its consumer channel as well as integrated businesses Fonterra Oceania and Fonterra Sri Lanka.That would be done either through a trade sale or an IPO.The idea is to focus on its two ingredients and foodservice channels, where Fo...
