Fonterra chair Peter McBride and director John Nicholls have confirmed they’ll seek another three years on the dairy giant’s board.Leonie Guiney, meanwhile, who also retires by rotation alongside the pair, won’t seek re-election.The co-op’s board size will drop to nine members from this year’s annual meeting after shareholders voted with 88% support to reduce it at last year’s meeting in Methven.The board will have six elected directors and three appointed independent directors.Clinton Dines will vacate the i...
